Gilbert is an Armenian Gampr, a rare livestock breed dating back to 12000 BC! Gilbert loves everyone: kids, dogs, cats, car rides, events, you name it, he is there. Because of his breed, he would be best suited for a larger property. Gilbert was a breeder surrender because he had seizures.His seizures are currently under control, and we’re hopeful they’ll stay that way as we continue to care for him. Gilbert truly is the life of the party and a ray of sunshine in rescue. We’re so grateful to have this amazing boy and can’t wait to help him find his perfect forever home!

I am micro chipped. I am good with other dogs. I am one with the kitties, meow. I am ok with other animals. I am comfortable around kids. I am comfortable around adults. I love my crate/kennel. I can use a doggy door. I know how to potty outside. I love leashed walks in the park. I will take up the whole back seat of your car, happily.
