Owning Tenant: Big Hearts For Big Breeds ("Tenant")

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Microsoft 365 ("Software") provided by Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant

Microsoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms and the applicable subscription plan.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Software for personal or business purposes, subject to the licensing terms.
You may not transfer, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using the Software.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software.
Use the Software to send spam, malware, or engage in cyber threats.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Microsoft will process and store your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and data.

6. Software Updates and Support

Microsoft may provide updates, upgrades, or patches at its discretion.
Technical support is available as per the terms of your subscription plan.

7. Termination

Microsoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and remove any installed copies.
Tenant reserves the right to revoke access to or remove accounts if found you are in violation of this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Microsoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
The total liability of Microsoft under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Microsoft is headquartered.

10. Amendments

Microsoft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
